By accessing or using the TVLoopr platform, website (tvloopr.com), and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software, hardware, and services.
TVLoopr provides a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows users to create, manage, and broadcast professional visual content. Features include menu board builders, promotional display management, live dashboards, video content support, and real-time data visuals. Services may also include hardware products such as streaming dongles designed to connect to any display.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our services. By signing up, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription. All fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected at signup. Hardware products purchased from us are separate transactions. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice to you.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our platform. However, by uploading content, you grant TVLoopr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content strictly as necessary to provide the services to you. You represent that you have the right to grant this license for all content you upload.
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: reverse engineering our software; uploading malicious code; interfering with server operations; and using the platform to display content that violates intellectual property rights or community standards.
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us strictly for billing receipts and OTP verification. You understand that message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies based on your account activity, and you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number. We do not use SMS for marketing, promotional, or and any other non-service purposes.

The TVLoopr platform, including its software, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of TVLoopr and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with your subscription level and these terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TVLOOPR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TVLOOPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVLoopr and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these terms or your use of the platform in an unauthorized manner.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina, rather than in court, except for small claims matters specifically allowed by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TVLoopr regarding your use of the services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
